Advanced Healthcare Practice is a house calls and telemedicine primary care practice. Our goal is to provide quality, convenient primary care services to people ages 18 to 110 in every city we serve. Fauska Bashabe, FNP
Fauska Bashabe is a Family Nurse Practitioner certified by the Texas Board of Nursing and licensed to practice in Texas. She graduated from The University of Texas Health Science Center at Houston in 2018 with a Master of Science in Nursing. She obtained her BSN from Chamberlain College of Nursing in 2013, a few years after graduating from Wayne County Community College in Detroit, Michigan, in 2010 with her Associate Degree in Nursing.
She practiced most of her nursing career as an Intensive Care Unit nurse in major hospital systems including Detroit Medical Center, Memorial Hermann Hospital and HCA Healthcare, in addition to working in many other healthcare settings such as long-term care facilities and home health. Ms. Bashabe also has a Bachelor’s Degree in Sports Science from Makerere University in Uganda, which paved her way into the sciences, where she discovered her passion for medicine. As a former athlete, she brings that same passion to her practice.
Fauska is passionate about what she does and the people she serves. She treats every patient with compassion while applying evidence-based practice to provide advanced, comprehensive, quality care to both her patients and their families. She believes that involving family whenever possible, while maintaining the patient’s privacy, leads to better outcomes and better health management.
